I am an entrepreneur in heart and soul. It was ‘poured with a spoon’ from home. My father had his own trade company in shoe manufacturing industry. I am a family man, empathetic, with strong values and norms. A team player. And if necessary I make the difficult decisions to guarantee the result.
My experience covers several important business areas, such as digital strategy, digital transformation, cloud infrastructure, global support and operations, outsourcing & rationalization, business development, organizational management, change processes and cross-functional teams.
Recently I delivered a globalization program of ± € 600 million that provides IT services to the 39 operating companies of Randstad, the global market leader in HR services and solutions. The transformation program is one of the most ambitious public cloud migrations yet and a global benchmark for companies such as AWS, Cisco / Meraki, Tata Consultancy Services and BT.
